Information to users, beneficiaries of Internet services in the field of protection of personal data in pursuit to art. 13 of Leg. Decree No. 196/2003.
In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Leg. Decree of 30 June 2003, the Holder of the processing, FRANZOI METALMECCANICA SRL Company, No. 18, Via G. Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this webSite acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. It concerns information not collected to be associated with interested identifiers, but by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow identifying users. In this category of data are includes the IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. The data, thus collected, could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Site.
Data supplied directly by the user
The optional sending of data, explicit and voluntary, as requested by the various sections of this Site are used in order to give effect to requests by the user (example, merely indicative and not exhaustive: when information or clarifications are sought by calling the telephone numbers listed on the Site or by writing to the addresses of e- mail therein, when are filled out contact forms and information request forms, or when CVs are sent spontaneously for nominations). Specific summary information are given or displayed in the Site pages dedicated to the requested services, such as to draw the interested party’s attention on the processing of the latter’s personal data.
Nature of providing data
Except for navigation data, necessary for implementing computer and data protocols, provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure of providing of the data thereof will make it impossible to proceed with the requests made or that the user intends to forward.
Processing modes

Data processing is performed using paper and computer media modes. The data are kept for the time necessary to act on the requests made by the interested party in paper and electronic files with the adoption of minimum safety measures planned by the legislator. COOKIES
No personal data of the users is purposely acquired from the Site. Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal character information, nor are used so-called permanent cookies of any kind, i.e. systems for tracking users. Use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to session identifiers transmission (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient Site exploration. Rights of the interested party
The interested party can enforce his rights as expressed by articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 No. 196, by contacting the Holder of the processing. In particular, according to article 7, the interested party can obtain confirmation of the existence (or not) of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain information on: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing made with the aid of electronic tools; d) the identity identification of the Holder of the processing, of the managers and the appointed representative in pursuit of article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects, or categories of subjects, to whom the data may be communicated or who can come into knowledge thereof in their capacity as appointed representative in the territory of the State, of managers or other appointed individuals.
The interested party has the right to obtain the:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data; b) cancellation, transformation in an anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including those of which is not necessary the retention in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations of which in letters a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except for the event in which this fulfilment proves to be impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data while still pertinent for collection purposes; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
