Technical Characteristics
The MMM1006 Mill from Franzoi Metalmeccanica S.r.l. is a mill with mobile hammers designed for the crushing of non-abrasive material of medium hardness, such as limestone. The granularity of the finished product is ensured by a special grid that defines the size of the final product. This grid is formed from half-beams, or other easily demountable elements, and can be set to different gap sizes to produce the desired product dimensions. The machine includes innovative technical solutions for the closure / opening of the body and the replacement of the hammers. The machine is fitted with hydraulic adjustment for the armour plate holders that allows optimal control over the crushing process and allows recovery of the wear of the armour plates. These solutions greatly reduce the downtime of the machine due to maintenance, and also minimise waste of the anti-wear material, such as hammers and armoured plates.
