Primary jaw crusher with hydraulic adjustment
The FPI7550 Jaw Crusher from Franzoi Metalmeccanica S.r.l. is designed and manufactured for the processing of stone materials, rocks, minerals, and recycling of inert materials. Thanks to its pair of crushing jaws, it guarantees the crushing of the loaded material, reducing it to the particle size specified in the technical data. The jaws are manufactured in manganese steel and are reversible. They are fixed to the crusher using innovative technical solutions that permit rapid replacement, drastically reducing the down-time of the machine. The adjustment of the machine, for changing the particle size of the final product, or to compensate for the wear on the jaws, is achieved using a hydraulic cylinder that also performs the locking function. This system requires no stoppers or other mechanical locks, allows adjustment in a matter of seconds, and is particularly efficient at emptying the crushing chamber in cases of blockage of the crusher due to a loss of electrical power.
