Jaw granulator crusher with hydraulic adjustment
The FGI 1032 Jaw Crusher from Franzoi Metalmeccanica S.r.l. is a machine designed and manufactured for the purpose of recycling of inert materials. Thanks to its pair of crushing jaws, it guarantees the crushing of the loaded material, reducing it to the particle size specified in the technical data. The jaws are manufactured in manganese steel and fixed to the crusher using innovative technical solutions that permit rapid replacement, drastically reducing the downtime of the machine. The adjustment of the machine, for changing the particle size of the final product, or to compensate for the wear on the jaws, is achieved using a hydraulic cylinder that also performs the locking function. This system requires no stoppers or other mechanical locks, allows adjustment in a matter of seconds, and is particularly efficient at emptying the crushing chamber in cases of blockage of the crusher due to a loss of electrical power. It is recommended to use the machine for crushing demolition rubble.
